California Close to Legalizing 3 AM Consumption of Cheetos While Watching "The Wizard of Oz" With Pink Floyd's "Dark Side of the Moon" Dubbed Over
April 2, 2010
"I feel so fortunate that one day, I won't have to hid my nightly and sometimes multiple mid-day routine," said Californian, Barry Tindale. "I started doing this when I was a Senior in High School. I'd skip 5th period to hang out at my friend's house--and we just sat around until like 3 AM getting fat off Cheetos, slumped on a sofa just taking in the incredible beat-for-beat similarities between my favorite music album [Dark Side of the Moon] and my favorite childhood movie [The Wizard of Oz]. Is there really anything wrong with legalizing this?"
Despite the overwhelming approval by most California college students, unemployed thirty-somethings, old hippies, and drug dealers, the legislation is still considered a long shot. According to sources, if the legislation is passed, it will also pave way for similar legalization of "eating Easy Mac while watching 'Mystery Science Theater 3000,'" "stuffing oneself with marshmallows while listening to Mozart," and even "offering to pay 'like a lot' of money to just go outside and get more food."
